3 Bedroom semi-detahced property in a quite and friendly cul-de-sac in the St mellons area of Cardiff. The home is situated less than a mile from the M4 motorway, 10.7 miles from the Celtic manor resort where the Ryder Cup is being held and under 10 miles from Cardiff City Centre. The home is close to all amenities including a supermarket, petrol station and bus service all within a couple of minutes walk along with a number of public houses and restaraunts to enjoy dining out or simply a refreshing drink with fellow guests. In addition there is St mellons Golf club and a 2nd within 5 minutes journey by car to satisfy the keenest of golf enthusiasts.

This modern property has 3 double bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people. 1 Bathroom with both shower and bath facilties (towels and bed linen will be provided for both along with storage facilities for clothing).
