EventLeasing.com ("web site") is for advertising purposes only. The intent of the service is to provide property owners a means of marketing and advertising their real property for short term rentals on or near the date of major sporting events. The owners and officers of the web site, Leinsternet Ltd. ("LL") and EventLeasing.com ("EL") provide marketing and advertising for homeowner listed properties and local businesses only. LL and EL are not affilliated with and do not purport to represent either the K Club, USPGA, USGA, PGA or Ryder Cup. LL and EL are not involved in the transaction between homeowner and renter. LL and EL are not real estate brokers or agents for either party involved in a transaction that takes place due to their marketing efforts. Homeowners and renters should arrange for their own short term rental contract according to the terms agreed upon by those two parties.

Property information appearing on the EL website conveys information submitted by the property owner, or licenced agent for that property owner. It is assumed that the homeowner owns the property and that the homeowner is offering their property for rent on a short term basis. LL and EL offer no guarantee regarding the accuracy of information posted on the EL website. While LL and EL will not publish any information known to be false or misleading, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to provide accurate information and the renter to verify that information. If there are any corrections to be made regarding the listed property the homeowner will submit these corrections to LL and EL and the corrections will be made within a reasonable period of time.

Once the agreement is executed, all sales are final and that there are no refunds permitted but the homeowner may elect to remove the listing from the EL website at no additional charge. All cancellations of the advertising subscription must be received no less than 7 days before the end of the billing period.

The homeowner understands that LL and EL are making no representations, guarantees or waranties about the persons who make enquiries about renting the homeowner's property. It is each homeowner's responsibility to contract with the short term renter on terms that are agreeable with both parties. A sample short-term rental agreement is available to property owners on received request once registered on the website. In partial consideration of having their property listed on the EL website, the homeowner agrees that they will indemnify and defend the owners and managers of LL and EL their employees and agents harmless from all damages, losses, liabilities and expenses whatsoever including, but not limited to, solicitor / legal fees and losses resulting from the acceptance of any advertisement arising either directly or indirectly from the publication of any advertisement.
